Course Description
This course consists of instructions and demonstrations specific to the trackball device interface. Focusing on key functions of the “Trackball” device to help you take full advantage of the mobile functionality of the BlackBerry® handheld, we will cover the standard functions currently offered on all models in Canada as well as review some of the newer devices and their unique features. This course will help you get to know your device better so you can become more efficient using these devices to communicate with your clients and colleagues.
Learning Objectives
By the end of the course you will be able to:
* Customize your device, including such features as:
o Notifications, font style and size, date and time, owner information, speed dial, auto-text,
* Create contact lists
* Use the calendar
* Create/reply to e-mail from clients
* Manage attachments
* Use the internet;
* Use various tips and tricks to make using your BlackBerry® easier and faster.
